How do you Move items in the workflow?
Freshflows lets you create a copy or move a record entirely from one Wall to another.
- You can move these records to a blank new Wall or to an existing Wall containing information
| Note: When you move a record, only the Title, the Description & the Start/End Date will be copied to the destination Wall. The status will be updated based on what you choose while pasting. |
You can follow these steps to move records in Freshflows:
Step 1: Select the records you want to move by checking them. The check box appears on hovering to the left of a record.
Step 2: Once selected, a menu bar will appear at the bottom of the page. You can either select Cut or Copy.
Step 3: Search for the Destination wall to move the records
Step 4: Select Paste to move the selected records to the target Wall.
Step 5: Select the target status and paste the records
